Start by replacing the battery. If that does not fix it, the remote may need re-coding to the motor, or the receiver board in the motor unit may be faulty. We diagnose the root cause and repair or replace only what is needed.

Yes. We service all current and legacy Dominator models, including belt-drive, chain-drive and direct-drive motors, as well as the full range of Dominator remote handsets and wall controllers.

A standard call-out fee applies, which covers the technician travelling to your property and diagnosing the issue. The fee is disclosed upfront when you book — it is not added on after the fact.

Most repairs are completed in a single visit of 30–90 minutes. We carry common parts on the van so we can fix the majority of faults on the spot without a return trip.
